Dog Care Services (“we”) operates grooming, boarding, and daycare locations in Zimbabwe and the Dog Care Go mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email, and phone number.
• Pet profiles, booking requests, and appointment history.
• Address and map location when you search for or pin a service location.
• Staff location only during a shift or appointment session the employee starts.
• Device tokens so we can send booking and schedule notifications.

How we use it

We use this information to run bookings, notify customers and staff, operate our salons, and improve Dog Care Go. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Service providers that host the app, send email/SMS/WhatsApp, or power maps may process data on our behalf. We share information when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account by contacting the office. Staff can stop location sharing by ending the in-app session.
